Description The Laundry Attendant/ Housekeeper primary duties entail upkeep and organization of Laundry and Linen Room. Clean and iron soiled linen, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all areas throughout the Clubhouse. This position reports directly to the Director of Facilities. Job Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt: Starting Wage: $17.00 to $18.00 Hour Work Schedule: Schedule does have some flexibility based on individual and business needs Duties/Responsibilities: - Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks and services throughout the clubhouse. - Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies. - Cleans and disinfects bathrooms. - Cleans and disinfects kitchen and dining areas. - Wipes and dusts surfaces in main areas, event rooms and cleans mirrors. - Vacuums and cleans floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. - Stocks soap and hand towels in bathrooms. - Picks up and empties trash containers. - Identify and treat stains, including soaking or using specialized chemical cleaning agents - Safely loading, unloading and setting programs for commercial washers, high capacity dryers, and folding machines - Multitasking with linen in various industrial laundry machines runnin...
