POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for directing and executing successful implementation of the Human Resources programs creating value for the assigned divisions, including staffing, leadership and organization development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and employment practices. This role is responsible for ensuring all company policies and procedures are in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This position will be located at our Myerstown, PA warehouse with expectations to travel and support other local warehouses within the east region.
