The Purchasing Project Development Associate role is responsible for sourcing activities for new product introductions (NPI) projects, ensuring cost, quality, and timing objectives are met. This position will work closely with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Global Category teams, aligning cost targets, sourcing strategies, and supplier performance to enable successful new product launches. The role will contribute to global supply chain decisions and help foster cross-functional collaboration. Your Impact: Support cost target alignment efforts with Finance and Global Category Managers, ensuring feasibility and consistency with benchmarks. Drive adherence to cost targets for all new products at production readiness.
