Summary The Digital Lender role provides prompt, polite, and comprehensive help to members or potential members via various digital channels. The incumbent in this role assists with processing and funding of Digital Lending loans. Conduct remote interviews, evaluate loan requests, and offer timely loan decisions based on solid underwriting. Promote credit union products and services to enhance members' financial status and foster long-term relationships. Expected Outcomes: - Members receive exceptional service that creates loyalty and builds long-term relationships with the goal to enhance the members’ financial situation. - Members receive information on products and services that best meet their borrowing needs. - Knowledge of lending practices and policies ensures sound decision making and minimizes risk to the credit union. - Organizational, departmental and team goals are achieved through teamwork and collaboration. - Professional development efforts lead to career enrichment. - The credit union is in compliance with all requirements of BSA, OFAC, and the USA Patriot Act/Customer Identification Act (CIP).
