TurningPoint is seeking a Project Manager with active secret clearance to lead a federal enterprise systems deployment and operational transformation. This role is responsible for overall project execution, executive stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination across technical, security, and operational workstreams. While wireless telecom experience is not required, familiarity with telecom or mobility programs is a plus. Location: Rockville, MD, with the ability to work on client site as needed in Washington, DC. Clearance: An active U.S. Secret (or higher) Security Clearance is required to start .
