The current portfolio includes 14 properties located across Georgia and Alabama, with a clear plan to scale the platform over the next 5 years—creating a unique opportunity to build and shape the accounting function alongside that growth. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who can both lead and execute—owning the day-to-day accounting function while partnering with leadership on financial performance and strategy.
