Downer has been awarded a major Integrated Facilities Management contract with Stockland, delivering services across a national portfolio of commercial offices, retail centres, logistics facilities and land lease communities. This long-term partnership reflects Downer’s strength in managing large, complex portfolios and delivering high quality services at scale. Commencing in August 2026 we have an opportunity for a Security Guards to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient management of properties across Stockland’s national portfolio, with multiple positions available to support various sites across the area. Roster flexibility is required, including availability to work a variety of rotating shifts including weekdays, evenings and weekends. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes for our client and our communities.
