Overview We have an immediate need for a Senior Water Resources Engineer for our Edison, NJ office. We are seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to play a key role in expanding and strengthening our transportation and infrastructure practice in our Edison, NJ office. This position offers the opportunity to help build and lead our in-house water resources capabilities in support of bridge, roadway, and resiliency-focused projects throughout NJ and NY, particularly for NJDOT, NJTA, NYSDOT, and NYSDEC clients. This is a strategic growth position. We are looking for an experienced Water Resource professional who is interested in helping shape a scalable practice — leading technical efforts, supporting pursuits, mentoring staff, and integrating hydraulic design with structural and civil engineering disciplines. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with bridge and roadway engineers to deliver integrated, permit-ready, and constructible solutions from planning and concept development through final design and construction.
