Duties include processing, reviewing and making determinations regarding applications of issuance or renewal of registrations, permits, and licenses submitted by individuals and organizations that are subject to the provisions of the Virginia Solicitation of Contributions Law; applying departmental policies and procedures to answer questions from regulants and the public; and resolving related complaints. Once onboarded, this position may be eligible for telework opportunities; availability, hours, and duration of telework shall be approved as outlined in the Commonwealth’s telework policy.
