A vacancy has arisen within our Earth Moving After Sales department based in Biggleswade for an After Sales Supervisor. The role contributes to the success of Liebherr-Great Britain through the effective supervision of Field Service Engineer’s time and workloads. The role will strive to ensure administrative procedures are adhered to and developed whilst working within the Company’s key result areas: Business Performance, Customer Focus, People and Teamwork, Leadership. Your Responsibilities as an After Sales Supervisor: - Actively ensuring all customer requests and requirements are received and dealt with in a timely manner, while keeping the customer informed at all stages of the process. - Actively participating in the opening/closing of jobs, checking and processing of time sheets and inspection reports, and ensuring identified work outstanding is recorded for future resolution. - Supporting the After Sales Manager in carrying out regular toolbox talks with Engineers. - Liaising with technical department to seek resolution for technical issues in the field. - Ensuring regular site-specific safety visits are undertaken. - Visiting engineers in the field where contentious issues...
