Overview The Walnut Creek, CA office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Public Agency & Municipal Law Practice. The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to fifteen (15) years of experience defending public entities in general liability matters, including trip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, etc., in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings. While experience defending public entities is desirable, general liability experience provides a solid basis for this role. Partnership opportunities will be considered for those with extensive relevant experience. Admission to the California Bar is required. Lewis Brisbois' Public Agency & Municipal Law Practice provides a range of litigation, counseling, and transactional representation to cities, counties, regional governments, special districts, school districts, and joint powers authorities.
