Construction Equipment Operator

Job description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Operate blade, dozer, excavator, and backhoe - Grade checking experience preferred - Must be willing to do some manual labor - Observe hand signals, markings and/or grade stakes while operating equipment - Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed - Other duties assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications: - Previous experience operating blades, and dozers, preferred - Class A CDL in good standing w/ tanker is helpful - Knowledge and understanding of grades, elevations and reading plans - Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam and drug screen - Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends and overtime - Display a professional and courteous attitude towards all team members and customers.
