Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is a dynamic position on a rotating shift roster, offering variety and the chance to work with cutting-edge glass manufacturing technology. - Be part of an innovative team that values collaboration and growth - Contribute to sustainability initiatives that make a difference. - Take advantage of Career growth opportunities The key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: - Monitoring condition of Furnaces, Batch House equipment and SCADA systems - Basic troubleshooting of operational issues - Monitor the production of glass bottles in both the Forming, Inspecting and Packaging department; - Perform quality inspection checks on newly formed bottles and other procedural checks; - Operate computer production systems and interfaces; - Assist with job changes and associated tasks; - Trouble shoot - assist with general mechanical maintenance & fix minor mechanical problems; - Contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and the team; What you’ll bring: Hours of work: 5-week rotating roster, days, nights and afternoons - Previous experience working with a m...
