A Day in the Life: The Marketing Data Scientist will play a critical role in advancing Hertz’s data-driven marketing strategy. This position focuses on building and refining our Marketing Mix Model, supporting CRM data analysis, and enabling tactical and strategic Loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with business acumen to deliver actionable insights that optimize marketing spend and enhance customer engagement. This position reports to the Director of Digital Growth. The salary range for this position is $ 90 – 100K What You’ll Do: - Combine data science with day-to-day execution, helping to solve key problems in the process, as well as providing solutions for current methods that lack critical data; work with analysts to identify the greatest areas of opportunity. - Explore data, formulate questions, and deliver insights back to business leaders to be prioritized for further testing and exploration. Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM): Develop, validate, and refine MMM frameworks to measure channel effectiveness. Integrate historical performance data and external factors to forecast marketing outcomes.
