Mission Overview: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Release Train Engineer to support the "Prescriptions" program. The selected professional will support four teams operating in the following domains: medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the mobile application Myhealth. These are long-term, multi-year projects with significant strategic importance. Each team is led by a project manager working according to the PRINCE2 framework. The teams themselves follow a Scrum-based way of working, with the referral prescription teams applying the SAFe framework for quarterly planning. The client provides both a Product Owner and a Project Manager for each track. We are looking for a senior professional who can combine strong methodological expertise with a pragmatic mindset. The ideal candidate demonstrates sufficient assertiveness to guide development teams and the client in consistently applying the chosen methodologies, with adequate tailoring, ensuring core agile values remain intact.
