Alex Fraser is looking for a high-energy Customer Service and Dispatch Agent to service our growing business, selling recycled products from our Victorian and Queensland facilities. You will be responsible for our customer calls and allocations of aggregate and roadbase materials. Previous experience favourable, but not necessary. We are looking for a sales focused, customer centric, service superstar! Based in Derrimut, this is a 12-month full time fixed term contract – covering maternity leave. In your new role, you will: Work in a team of 8, across Melbourne and Brisbane, using software to co-ordinate the dispatch of recycled concrete, aggregates and road base products. You will work closely with our Transport and Logistics team as well as Key Account Managers, confirming orders, responding to general enquiries, and allocating trucks to the schedule. Shift hours are on a rotating basis between 6.30am - 4:00pm, Monday-Friday. Your roster will also include up to 2 x half day Saturdays p/month, which are paid additional to salary.
