Job Summary : Work with the Continuous Improvement Team to provide statistical analysis support and mentoring to employees. Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities: - Support the Information Technology group with data structure and interface planning. - Use statistical analysis tools such as SAS, JMP, Minitab, R, Python, and Power BI to identify correlations, optimizations and improve organizational understanding of pertinent subject matters. - Provide and coordinate data analytics training. - Develop and test new analytic approaches and applications within Howmet. - Support yield improvement activities with advanced data analytics at Howmet facilities globally. - Work closely with diverse technical teams on process improvement and development efforts. - Strong written and oral communications skills, project planning ability, and ability to effectively use MS Office applications. - Self-starter, strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel within a team environment. - Must be able to function as a member of the team - Must be able to maintain expected quality levels - Comply with all site required policies and procedures including but not limited to: EHS, Quality, Code of Co...
