In this Senior Pricing Analyst role, you'll shape competitive, compliant proposals that help public sector and mission-driven clients deliver meaningful impact. You'll collaborate across teams, influence strategy, and bring clarity to complex pricing challenges while helping win work that improves health and communities. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submission. Build and maintain audit-ready Excel models including labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors that are clear, accurate, and easy to defend. Apply and interpret cost principles and requirements such as FAR Part 31, 2 CFR 200, and agency guidance to ensure compliant, responsive pricing. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate staffing and level of effort into budgets, validate rates and assumptions, and integrate subcontractor proposals and required flowdowns.
