Job Title Trainee Job Description Summary Job Description: Scope of Responsibilities: - Helping in preparation of draft valuation reports (operaty szacunkowe) in Polish and valuation reports in English, - Collecting transaction data and helping in conducting real estate market analyses, - Providing organizational support for the team’s day-to-day operations. Our Requirements: INCO: “Cushman & Wakefield” - University degree or currently in the process of obtaining one, - Fluent command of English, both written and spoken, - Ability to work under supervision on assigned tasks but independence highly appreciated, - Proficient use of the MS Office package (especially Excel, including macros), - Programming skills (e.g. Visual Basic, Python, etc.) will be an advantage, - Skills and experience in using GIS / mapping applications such as QGIS will be an additional asse
