POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Performance Marketing is responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies and providing strategic direction for paid digital channels to maximize return on investment. The incumbent will oversee the relationship with our marketing agency, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and tactical execution. The Manager, Performance Marketing requires expertise in digital advertising strategy, analytics and attribution to effectively guide marketing spend allocation and drive continuous performance improvement. The incumebent will collaborate cross-functionally to align performance marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and revenue goals. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic media and other digital channels.
