About the Role: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities during overnight hours in the Chicago market. This entry to mid-level role is responsible for responding to maintenance work orders, addressing after-hours emergencies, and ensuring our properties remain safe, compliant, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on position requiring independent judgment, accountability, and strong follow-through.
