Location: Marquette,Michigan,United States DATE: April 21, 2026: POSITION: Transportation Coordinator: DEPARTMENT: Customer Service-Operations: BASE RATE: $18.00 per hour, with potential for additional compensation based on qualifications. POSITION SUMMARY: Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP) coordinates the non-emergent medical transportation (NEMT) benefit for its Medicaid and dual eligible populations. The transportation coordinator facilitates and supports the NEMT benefit for members, drivers, providers, and vendors to ensure members have access to care. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Follows established Upper Peninsula Health Plan (UPHP) policies and procedures, objectives, safety standards, and sensitivity to confidential information. 2. Meets established production and performance metrics and ensures a positive experience for members, drivers, providers, and vendors utilizing or supporting the non-emergent medical transportation benefit. 3.
