Our Clinical Educators act as role models to our clinicians, staff, other health care professionals and support services, and provides education in Visiting Nursing, using the patient-centered model of care. The Clinical Educator supports and promotes practice standards in accordance with the Standards of Nursing Practice and the Philosophy and Goals of Innovive Health. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provides clinical education for home health staff, including new hire orientation and ongoing training - Assesses learning needs and develops educational programs - Collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance with safety, competency, and policy requirements - Supports staff development, certification, and professional growth - Maintains clinical expertise and serves as an educational resource - Promotes patient safety and adherence to protocols - Evaluates training effectiveness and outcomes - Partners with clinical teams to support quality care and operations WHAT YOU HAVE: - Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN), nursing education, or closely related field - Current licensure as a registered nur...
