They must be able to provide accurate and valuable data to the management team for development of paper machine performance. The individual will support the maintenance team with root cause failure analysis to assist in eliminating production failures. This position has direct reports. What You’ll Do: Supervision of the Reliability Group, Vibration Data Collection, Lubricators, and Oil Analysis Program Set up Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedules, build Bill of Materials (BOMs) and document data to optimize Equipment run time. Responsible for development, management, and results for the facility Reliability Program Eliminate production limiting failures from the manufacturing process.
