Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst Location: Home-based with some travel required Contract: Permanent – full time, Monday to Friday Salary: £57,569.74 per annum We are a Ministry of Justice business who provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a commercially focused and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic decision-making across the organisation. Working closely with the FP&A Manager and stakeholders across the business, you’ll support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes, while delivering high-quality analysis and insight. You’ll also contribute to improving reporting, strengthening data quality, and helping the business better understand its financial performance. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong analytical capability and a passion for turning data into meaningful insight.
