Job description

Summary Provide support to the Business Services Department and other internal partners for the development and growth of new and existing business relationships. Collaborates with Business Relationship Managers to coordinate closing and loan documentation needed. Evaluate loan requests to ensure proper documentation is in place to confirm business structure, evaluate existing collateral documentation to validate language and proper documentation has been obtained, provide disclosures timely, prepare business loan documents accurately and timely to ensure excellent member experience. Offering improvement for all processes, procedures, and documentation while contributing to a positive member experience. Expected Outcomes: - Members receive best-in-class loan experience, evident in excellent communication, clear expectations and quality work. - Higher level and more complex loans, such as SBA, Participations, and Construction loans are prepared as approved. - Focus and prepare loan documents for the top 25% tier loan portfolio. - Co-workers loan packages are peer-reviewed prior to closing. - Quality due diligence activities are conducted prior to approval to ensure clear understandi...
