Work Flexibility: Onsite Supervisor, Operations Belfast: Position Summary: Manage a production operations team within a highly regulated Class 3 medical device manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will manage the team and processes to deliver Safety, Q uality, Delivery, Cost and Engagement performance targets to exceed our customer expectations while driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, and structured change initiatives across the site. What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets for safety, quality, delivery, cost and engagement are consistently achieved. Plan and allocate resources (people, materials, equipment, systems) to optimise production performance. Monitor daily KPIs, identify risks early, and drive corrective actions through structured problem-solving Develop, coach, and mentor team members to build capability and support succession planning.
