Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team and enhance our reputation by professionally handling incoming calls and consistently delivering excellent customer service to everyone who engages in our services. Position Summary: Maintain integrity and increase the quality of all customer data. Enhance Cleveland Brothers' reputation by correctly handling incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to all who engage in our services.
