R&D Logistics Engineer

Job description

Responsibilities: - Lead new product development projects, ensuring delivery against cost, performance, manufacturability, quality, and time-to-market objectives - Drive effective project management practices and support cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution - Plan and coordinate logistics, procurement, and supply chain activities to support R&D and product development - Manage supplier interactions, including onboarding, coordination, and procurement execution - Oversee material and product logistics, including shipments between customers and global sites - Plan and monitor CAPEX investments within the R&D organization - Coordinate Special Build Requests (SBRs) and development-related production activities across multiple sites - Align production activities across wafer fabrication, assembly, test, and certification to meet project timelines - Support new product introduction into MES systems, ensuring compliance with established production processes - Drive risk management activities, including identification, tracking, and mitigation - Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and global teams to ensure efficient project execution Skills & Qualifications: E...
