Job Title Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist (all genders) Job Description: As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist within the Trainings process, you are responsible for taking care that our Field Service Engineers have all required training updated. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis. Your role: . - Enrolling students (engineers) to training in Philips’ system (internal and external) - Creating, modifying, and updating Training Courses & Sessions according to requests - Monitor and track history of completion by the students - Executes security check of non-Philips visitors - Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests - Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Stakeholders You're the right fit if: - Bachelor’s degree - Fluent English - Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset - You enjoy having direct contact with cu...
