Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills, work location, work experience and other individualized factors JOB SUMMARY: The supervisor-inbound is responsible for ensuring day to day efficient operation and all policies and procedures that are related to products being received into the warehouse are followed daily by effective use of associates, ensuring associates comply with all safety policies, and all products are checked for quality and accurate quantity. Some operating companies will also include quality assurance and high lift in addition to receiving and warehouse.
