This role is responsible for generating and closing group business, developing new corporate accounts, and delivering exceptional event experiences from initial contact through post-event follow-up. You will play a key role in maximizing revenue opportunities while ensuring seamless coordination between sales, events, and operations. What You’ll Do: Business Development & Sales: - Proactively secure group and catering business (300+ peak rooms) to achieve revenue targets - Develop and contract new corporate accounts, driving transient room night and revenue goals - Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, understanding competitor positioning and trends - Use strong negotiation and creative selling techniques to close deals and maximize revenue - Collaborate with Area Sales and external channels to g...
