About the Role The VIP Lounge Server reports to the Shift Manager Food & Beverage and is responsible for providing prompt, friendly and efficient service to our guests while serving food & beverage orders to player lounge guests. Position Responsibilities: - Create a fun experience for guests daily - Adding to guest enjoyment through friendly interactions - Communications with guests which are differentiated based on guest needs and desires - Performing role in an efficient and effective manner - Anticipating guest needs, answering questions, and resolving concerns - Ensuring our processes are adding, rather than taking away from guest experience Essential Functions: - Exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and stress related to servicing customers in a fast-paced environment - The ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat and grasp - Must be able to walk and stand for entire shift - Must be able lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs - Ability to work holidays, weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours - Ability to effectively communicate in English Requirements: What’s Re...
