Job Title: Accounts & Insurance Team Manager Location: Based at the Dudley Hospital, travel across all 5 sites required. Reporting to: Practice Director Job type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week over 4 or 5 days) Salary: £31,500 DOE Role and responsibilities: This role will primarily be focused on managing practice and client debt. However, a solid understanding of budget planning, data analysis and implementation of central projects is essential. The successful candidate will be both approachable and driven, with outstanding communication skills across all functions and with the ability to remain empathetic during highly emotional conversations. You will be able to self-motivate to hit targets and deadlines with a proven record of collaborating with senior leadership teams (SLT) to set and deliver business strategies and financial targets. You will be supported in practice by our Practice Director and fellow members of the SLT, as well as having access to support from the wider Linnaeus operational team.
