Job description

Overview The Fulfillment Call Center position provides courteous, gracious, on-brand customer service over the phone regarding curbside or delivery orders. Order Specialists take calls regarding products and services while troubleshooting order issues. This part-time position is based at our Sixth Avenue location (between 18th and 19th streets).
