Purpose of Position: The Care Coordinator will work alongside team members to proactively support and empower visitors to identify and work towards achieving their personal goals. You will have a deep understanding of the needs of individuals experiencing homelessness, particularly in relation to mental health and alcohol and other drug (AOD) issues.
