This 28-bed, fast-paced unit has a strong team culture. This is a great environment for critical thinking, problem solving and career advancement. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5 and CNAs have a ratio of 1:12. For the past five year, this unit has had top scores for employee satisfaction. Job Summary: Under close supervision, assists professional nursing and care providers in providing care to all patients with respect for their uniqueness.
