Job Description: The Crew Communications Specialist supports internal communications between the Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and Restaurant Operators by drafting, coordinating, and delivering clear, timely, and engaging content. This role partners closely with Crew Resources, Compensation, Benefits, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication of programs, updates, and initiatives.
