Switzerland Tourism is the marketing organization for the national and international promotion of Switzerland as a vacation, travel and convention destination. Each day, the 280 employees at our Zurich headquarters and in 35 offices in 21 markets use innovative and unconventional means to market Switzerland as an especially attractive and diverse travel destination. Country Manager North America Are you ready to promote Switzerland in North America? For our office in New York City, we are looking for a passionate destination marketeer with international experience in sales, PR, and B2C marketing, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong customer focus to fill this leadership position, reporting to the Head of Markets West. Your area of responsibility: - Head Switzerland Tourism's market presence in North America with the aim of increasing visitor numbers and generating value for Swiss stakeholders - Manage and coach 18 full-time employees in North America, organized in four teams: sales (leisure and meetings & incentives), media & content creator relationships, and activation & campaigning - Create an empowering and positive work environment where staff take responsibility for projec...
