Working two nights a week 7pm-7am with every other weekend involved- 22hr Contract. The home specialises in dementia care, and our aim is to ensure all our residents feel as comfortable as possible. About the role: As the Senior Care Assistant, you will be tasked with managing the care team within the Home and ensuring that care staff are adhering to CQC guidelines whilst providing exceptional levels of care to residents.
