Introduction We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Sales Manager to join Jim Pattison Toyota on Regent. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the variable operations department, driving performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience aligned with dealership goals and brand expectations. Schedule: This is a full-time, permanent leadership role based on approximately 40 hours per week. Given the nature of the retail automotive business, this role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as well as additional hours as needed to support business operations and team performance. This role reports to the General Manager of the dealership.
