Key responsibilities include: Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $16.50 per hour and $22.35 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $11.20 to $ 15.20 , a c ommission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary.
