Job description

The Systems Analyst manages assigned applications, servers and workstations through their lifecycle — requirements, testing, deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and decommissioning. This role provides day-to-day technical support, coordinates with business stakeholders and vendors, contributes to project delivery and testing, and maintains operational documentation and runbooks. Expected Outcomes: - Reliable operations. Assigned systems are available and meet business expectations. - Effective incident & problem handling. Incidents are diagnosed, escalated appropriately, and resolved with clear documentation and root-cause follow-up. - Disciplined change execution. Upgrades, patches and deployments are planned and executed with clear test plans and minimal disruption. - Trusted user support.
