Specific Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide direct care, training, and supervision to residents. - Assist residents with individual living skills and daily needs. - Implement the activities schedule and support residents with chores and scheduled activities. - Assist with meal preparation and properly dispense medications. - Implement training methods to help residents achieve Individual Program Plan (IPP) objectives. - Document client progress on objectives and report any significant issues or occurrences. - Complete and submit incident reports as required. - Participate in the inter-disciplinary team process as needed. - Ensure compliance with facility policies...
