Position Overview Alarm.com (ALRM) is a profitable, growing technology company delivering cloud based software and connected device solutions in the Internet of Things (IoT) space. As we scale globally across SaaS subscriptions and hardware offerings, our billing platforms and finance integrations are critical to revenue accuracy, dealer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. We are seeking a Product Manager to support and evolve Alarm.com’s SaaS and hardware billing products and related ERP integrations. This individual contributor role focuses on execution across our homegrown billing systems, supporting ERP evaluation and migration efforts, and improving end to end billing experiences for internal teams and external dealers—under the guidance of senior product, finance, and engineering leadership. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Billing, and Operations in a mission critical domain.
