Position Summary: This position leads and supports direct caregivers by influencing clinical practice and organizational processes for optimal care outcomes. The position leads at the unit or program level and across the post-acute care continuum. Responsibilities include overseeing workflow processes for RNs and MAs and working with the team to optimize patient and staff experience, trauma informed care delivery and helping out with clinical tasks as needed.
