Description Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated, mission-driven Account Manager to join our team and support our U.S. Army customer base . This role is ideal for an Army veteran or someone with a strong understanding of military culture, communication, and procurement processes.The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and a team-first mindset . You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing Army accounts, developing new opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Army accounts , providing outstanding customer service and support. - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, end-users, and contracting officers. - Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business within the Army community. - Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of activities, opportun...
