Job Description: Responsibilities: - This role is responsible for providing comprehensive, confidential administrative support, including extensive calendar management, to senior management and their teams. The individual in this position serves as an integral member of the team, partnering closely with colleagues while supporting executives and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the group. Key responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day administrative needs, coordinating complex travel arrangements, processing expenses, gathering and reporting information for executives, and handling incoming correspondence. The role may also involve supporting the planning and execution of in‑person meetings, off‑sites, and events.
