Program Manager – Data Governance (Part-Time Contract) Ghent, Belgium (On-site): Duration: 3 weeks (Starting 11 May 2026) Workload: 1 day per week: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager – Data Governance to translate strategic data governance objectives into a structured, operational framework within a complex enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead governance framework workshops with business and IT stakeholders Design and implement the data governance operating model (roles, processes, cadence, escalation paths, KPIs) Develop governance policies and drive stakeholder alignment and sign-off Build a practical and actionable Data Governance Playbook Lead data catalog tool selection (requirements, evaluation, demos, TCO, and recommendations) Oversee the implementation of the selected catalog solution in line with governance design Act as a trusted advisor to senior sponsors and steering committees Required Experience: Proven experience designing and implementing data governance programs Hands-on experience with data catalog platforms such as Purview, DataHub, OvalEdge, Collibra, Alation, or Atlan Experience with tool selection processes or RFPs is a strong adva...
