Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Recovre team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Recovre’s Injury Management Consultants are experts at intervention with impeccable influencing skills that empower clients to be the hero of their own story. They do what it takes to help clients be safe, healthy, and productive at work. We will count on you to: - Build trust with your client and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders - Work on-site as the in-house Injury Manager with Australia’s leading manufacturing company - Oversee a portfolio of between 45 and 50 cases (non-billable) - Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury and collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work and independence - Provide injury management and early intervention services including obtaining all relevant information and documentation from workers, the employer, treating doctors and other relevant professionals - Maintain a high level of customer service and excellent relationships w...
